The Behringer MDX4600 V2 is a four-channel compressor/gate/expander/peak limiter that is ideal for compressing mono/stereo signals and virtually inaudible noise reduction without losing high frequencies, increasing vocal presence and energy, and limiting or smoothing extremely high signal peaks. In addition, the Behringer MDX4600 V2 features amazingly accurate 8-segment LED counters for in/out level and gain reduction, switchable +4 dBu or -10 dBV operating levels, side chain I/O and servo-balanced XLR and 1/4" inputs and outputs.

The Behringer MDX4600 V2 is characterized by numerous useful functions. The switchable IKA (Interactive Knie Adaption) is a program adaptive compression circuit combining the advantages of hard-knee and soft-knee characteristics. The IRC (Interactive Radio Control) circuit allows you to inaudibly suppress background noise. The integrated Dynamic Enhancer keeps the sound signal clear even with strong compression. The IGC (Interactive Gain Control) peak circuit protects inaudibly against level peaks. Finally, the Behringer MDX4600 V2 has a low-contour filter to prevent low-frequency signals from affecting compression. Finally, the Behringer MDX4600 V2 has an internal switch-mode power supply (100-240V) for noise-free and low power consumption.

The Behringer MDX4600 V2 offers a multitude of functions in a compact 1U housing. Due to its low weight of 2.2 kg, the Behringer MDX4600 V2 is also suitable as a portable solution for stage work in addition to studio work.
