SmallRig FreeRover Carbon Fiber Photo Tripod Kit AP-100 4353 is a compact carbon fiber tripod designed specifically for travel photographers. The legs feature a FreeSpeed-rotate quick-tightening design, allowing for easy and efficient setup by tightening a single knob to lock all four sections. The use of 1.2mm thick carbon fiber material for the legs and center column ensures a lightweight design without compromising stability and load-bearing capacity. The center column is equipped with a quick-lock lever for rapid adjustment of its height. The bottom of the center column features a quick-detach hook with an Allen wrench, enabling convenient attachment and detachment of camera equipment. Additionally, the center column has a removable short column function, providing a minimum height of 13cm for low-angle shooting. The tripod has an inverted ball head, allowing for a more compact and portable design when folded due to its recessed structure. The ball head also offers vertical shooting capability to accommodate different shooting scenarios. The quick-release plate of the ball head features a rotating disk design without visible knobs, providing a sleek and minimalist appearance while accommodating various sizes of Arca-Swiss-style quick-release plates. The ball head is secured by a quick-lock lever, allowing photographers to quickly and conveniently lock the ball head in place. With a load-bearing capacity of up to 8kg, the ball head can support lenses within the medium to telephoto range. The connection points of the tripod's legs are equipped with 1/4"-20 expansion threaded holes, allowing for the attachment of accessories such as a magic arm, microphone, monitor, or image transmitter. The silicone foot pads have hidden spiked feet that suit varied complex terrains and can be used after unscrewing the silicone foot pads.
